Senior Solutions Consultant

About the Role

As a Senior Solution Consultant at QuartzBio, you will partner with Sales and Product teams to showcase the power and value of our Precision Medicine Platform to prospective and current customers. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will identify client needs and translate business and technical requirements into tailored platform solutions. 

You will play a critical role in the pre-sales and pilot phases of the customer lifecycle, working collaboratively with the Sales team to deliver compelling platform demonstrations, and providing strategic input that helps shape product evolution. 

 Responsibilities: 

  •  Understand and articulate how QuartzBio solves customer challenges across the precision medicine value chain 
  • When engaged in a pre-sales process, work with Account Executives to: 
    • conduct in technical discovery and help identify account-specific customer challenges 
    • specific data and business challenges that our prospects and customers face in precision medicine 
    • understand and map customers’ current technology environment in preparation for demos 
    • analyze and consider the competitive landscape at accounts  
    • lead platform demonstrations and deliver technical presentations (Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops with prospective clients.) 
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, integrations, and best practices. 
  • Align with the Account Executive to support overall account strategy and planning 
  • Assist in the creation of sales/marketing content, and support marketing activities such as webinars and industry tradeshows 
  • Develop new client-facing and internal knowledge-based articles on how to market QuartzBio. 
  • Lead technical components of RFI/RFP responses and participate in bid defense/proposal defense meetings 
  • Develop and present customized solution architectures, proof-of-concepts, and value propositions. 
  • Capture and communicate customer insights and feedback to the Product team and software engineering team to inform roadmap development  
  • Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer to post-sales teams. 
  • Collaborate with clients to evaluate product usage patterns and identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and improved outcomes 
  • Manage projects and initiatives with moderate complexity. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. 
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance. 
  • Continuously improve skills and stay up to date with emerging best practices. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the LifeSciences industry, focused on Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Product Support, Data Science, or related field 
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role and leading projects. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management role within a SaaS environment. 
  • Strong understanding of the Clinical Operations and Clinical Biomarkers landscape 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal communication skills) and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset 
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, data integration, and enterprise software. 
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise platforms is a plus. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Pre-sales or consultative selling experience 
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company 
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and applications 
  • Sophisticated analytical & problem-solving capabilities

Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$108,702 - $163,054 USD
