Who we are:

The Omnichannel team creates and implements innovative and forward-thinking social media campaigns and develops social strategy for Precision AQ’s healthcare clients.

Position Summary:

The Senior Social Content Strategist leads and executes social media marketing and programs for Precision AQ’s healthcare clients to achieve business results through proven and experimental tactics. In this role, you will serve as the primary social media team and omnichannel point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients and, when needed, provide timely status updates to our Project Management and Accounts teams.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of client results
  • Build social media scopes of work in partnership with Accounts and Project Management teams
  • Develop social strategy and manage campaigns on various social media platforms
  • Understand all omnichannel capabilities and be able to convey potential omnichannel opportunities to clients
  • Keep brand team informed of social strategy and objectives
  • Prioritize client requests and utilize agency resources as needed
  • Help tie paid media performance, KPIs, and ROI to client business objectives
  • Plan and execute influencer/KOL programs on social media
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required
  • Utilize knowledge of clients' lines of business in discussions with them
  • Identify new revenue opportunities for expansion of social and omnichannel programs
  • Stay current with channel capabilities and audience best use cases for social media content
  • Balance agency and client needs and communicate effectively with Team Lead
  • Keep supervisor informed of client activities and potential issues
  • Knowledge and understanding of FDA guidelines for social media marketing
  • Participate in new business meetings as needed

 

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 - 4 years of social media experience

Preferred:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in healthcare preferred

Competencies: 

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Support team values of responsiveness, supportiveness, and flexibility

Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$56,000 - $82,000 USD
