Senior Account Executive – Learning & Development

Location: Remote (UK-based) – Ideally within commuting distance of Salisbury or London for occasional team meet-ups
Team: Learning & Development
Agency: Precision AQ – an award-winning global healthcare communications agency

We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Learning & Development team. If you're organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality work that helps educate and empower healthcare professionals, this could be the role for you.

As an SAE, you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day project tasks, supporting client relationships, and helping deliver engaging training materials and experiences. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients, gaining exposure to all parts of the agency and opportunities to grow your career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Project Support: Help manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple learning and development projects.
  • Client Interaction: Join client calls, take notes, and follow up with clear action points.
  • Content Coordination: Assist in developing training materials and coordinating reviews through platforms like PromoMats.
  • Team Collaboration: Schedule internal meetings with Creative, Editorial, and Digital teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Logistics: Organise meetings, events, and workshops—both virtual and in-person.
  • Quality Checks: Review materials to ensure accuracy and consistency before final delivery.
  • Financial Awareness: Track budgets, ensure purchase orders and supplier invoices are processed to keep projects on target.
  • Process Management: Use internal systems to monitor progress, hours, and costs, and keep everyone informed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or education
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with project management tools and review platforms (e.g., PromoMats) is a plus

This is a remote role, but being near our Salisbury or London offices is a bonus for occasional in-person collaboration.
