This role is uniquely focused on event-driven engagements, including advisory boards, steering committees, and symposia across a range of therapeutic areas.
You will be at the center of execution—partnering with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of complex, high-visibility programs. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at bringing order to complexity, this role offers strong visibility, growth, and impact.
About You
- You are highly organized and thrive in managing multiple complex programs with competing timelines
- You are energized by live and virtual event execution

- You are a strong communicator who can confidently interface with clients, HCPs, and internal stakeholders
- You are detail-oriented, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across logistics, budgets, and timelines
- You are collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally in a team-based environment
About the Role
As a Program Manager focused on events, you will lead the planning and execution of advisory boards, and other HCP engagements, ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
You will partner closely with Strategic Account Directors, Scientific Directors, and Program Coordinators to manage workflows, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs. This includes ownership of timelines, vendor coordination, medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes, and financial tracking. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless experience from planning through execution.
This role combines project management excellence with event execution expertise, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage both strategic priorities and day-to-day logistics. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall program success and client satisfaction.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (medical, strategy, creative, accounts)
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of MLR processes and compliance requirements in pharma
- Ability to manage vendors, venues, and logistics for complex programs
- Experience supporting congress planning, symposiums, or large-scale HCP events
