Who You Are:
As the HR Manager at Precision Systems, you will be responsible for daily Human Resources management including employee engagement, benefits administration, and other duties. You will serve as a key partner to our employee population and provide support in several key areas of HR. The HR Manager is responsible for accurate record keeping of employee files, administration of benefits, employee engagement, and helping to build and support our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of employee engagement, benefits administration, supporting company policies, onboarding and offboarding new employees, and other HR related duties
- Partners with our Department leaders to provide employee support and guidance
- Responsible for the effective integration and support of company policies and procedures
- Works in conjunction with business leadership to develop and implement performance management plans.
- Assess and deliver training and development as needed
- Support and implement HR policies within the business by acting as the primary point of contact between associates and management.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience including prior roles at HR Generalist level
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, federal and state employment regulations, compliance, compensation, performance management, leave of absence, and employee engagement
- Experience with HR platforms such as ADP, Bamboo, or others. Gusto (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills including both verbal and written
- PHR preferred
