POSITION:

We are seeking an energetic, hard-working and driven Program Specialist that will strive to ensure success of Certified Partners in the PI Network. Our Certified Partner Network is the lifeblood of our company, representing the lion’s share of PI’s overall revenue. The ideal candidate will support a variety of partner-focused initiatives, including network webinars, partner satisfaction surveys, partner tiering efforts, guidebook updates, Voice of Partner research sessions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of partner webinars, surveys, and other partner engagement activities.
  • Assist with partner tiering and classification efforts, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.
  • Help maintain and update the Partner Guidebook with relevant information and resources.
  • Support research and feedback sessions that gather insights from partners to improve programs and processes.
  • Monitor and stay informed about business developments and changes that may impact partners, ensuring awareness of relevant updates and their potential impact.
  • Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the partner enablement platform by troubleshooting issues, performing routine updates, ensuring optimal system functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that support partner success and engagement.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, managing timelines and deliverables independently.

Desired experience:

  • Experience with PI is a plus
  • Some experience supporting programs, projects, or operations
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently, within a team, and cross-functionally across departments.
  • Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement, take initiative, and implement solutions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software, and Google Suite

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing partner ecosystem and develop your skills in program coordination and operations.

 

PI is headquartered in our amazing Westwood, MA office, but we are also geo-flexible / remote-friendly for candidates with the right fit for our team and organization.

This is an non- exempt, hourly position. The salary range for our Program Specialist role is $64,000-$68,000 annually.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and our generous benefits package (including unlimited PTO!)
