Role Summary:

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive commercial success at Prefect through sales enablement and go-to-market execution. In this role, you'll be instrumental in translating our technical capabilities into compelling business narratives and will partner with our Sr. Product Marketing Manager to build scalable programs that support our enterprise growth.

As our sales enablement lead, you'll work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize resources that accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact revenue growth while collaborating across product, sales, and marketing teams.

You'll report to our Senior Product Marketing Manager, Brett, who leads our overall GTM strategy and technical positioning.

What You’ll Do:

Working closely with our Senior PMM to align on strategy and technical positioning, you'll lead these key areas:

  • Partner closely with sales teams to identify and address their needs through practical solutions and updated resources
  • Lead and execute our sales enablement program by creating and maintaining core sales collateral (battle cards, one-pagers, slide decks, objection-handling guides, and more), while measuring resource effectiveness and training sales teams on new messaging.
  • Build and manage our customer evidence program by processing pre-recorded testimonials, conducting customer interviews, developing case studies, gathering testimonials, and maintaining our reference database.
  • Support competitive intelligence initiatives by collaborating with technical experts on battle cards and sales materials, growing into market research and analysis responsibilities
  • Execute product launch materials by transforming strategic launch messaging into customer-facing assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams on implementation, and coordinating with growth teams on promotional materials
  • Develop compelling customer-facing content by partnering with subject matter experts to translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits, following established messaging and positioning guidelines

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience in technical B2B SaaS (ideally marketing to developers or technical audiences)
  • Experience in sales enablement, including strategy development, creation of training materials, and execution of enablement programs
  • Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities, with proven experience creating compelling marketing and sales content in a B2B SaaS context
  • Effective project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
  • Experience building and managing customer advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials
  • Experience working at a startup or an equivalent work environment

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$155,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and work location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Your recruiter can share more about the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please keep in mind that equity is not included in the range provided above and will represent a significant part of your total compensation. Benefits and any bonus or incentive compensation is also not included in the range provided above.
