- Location: Based in Monroeville, PA – report in-office to support collaboration and team development across departments

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a General Manager of Operations, you will:
- Supervise teams across several core functions:
- Purchasing
- Shipping and Receiving
- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Service Coordination
- Quality Control and Testing
- Inventory and Stocking
- RMA Processing and Returned Materials
- Order Booking
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes
- Support project execution by aligning internal schedules and cross-department coordination
- Act as a liaison between production teams, engineering, and upper management
- Monitor key performance indicators and team workloads to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain high standards of accountability and communication across departments
Experience and Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- 8–12 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related industry
- 3+ years of experience supervising cross-functional teams
- Background in automation, manufacturing, or project-based operations is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- High level of organization and time management across multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process-driven operations
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
