Premier Automation is a leader in automation systems, serving major industrial companies with custom-engineered solutions. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and process improvement across key departments. While this position is based in Monroeville, occasional travel may be needed to support our other U.S. locations.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daylight office hours with occasional flexibility as needed
- Location: Based in Monroeville, PA – report in-office to support collaboration and team development across departments
- Travel: Occasional travel between our Monroeville, PA, Alpharetta, GA, and Orlando, FL facilities to support cross-location operations and team engagement
- Leadership: Report directly to the Vice President and work closely with department leaders across locations to support operational alignment

Key Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with teams across several core functions:
- Purchasing
- Receiving
- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Service Coordination
- Inventory and Stocking
- RMA Processing and Returned Materials
- Order Booking
- Support interdepartmental communication between Production, Engineering, and Project teams
- Help track and improve departmental workflows, timelines, and schedules
- Contribute to process improvement efforts based on performance trends and team feedback
- Assist with reporting on key metrics and identifying risks or delays to address proactively
- Support cross-location alignment by serving as a point of contact for operational coordination
Experience and Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Prior experience coordinating or supporting cross-functional teams is a plus
- Background in automation, manufacturing, or project-based operations is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- High level of organization and time management across multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process-driven operations
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
