- Location: Based in Monroeville, PA – report in-office to support collaboration and team development across departments

Key Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with teams across several core functions, including Purchasing, Receiving, Production Planning and Scheduling, Service Coordination, Inventory and Stocking, RMA Processing, and Order Booking
- Support interdepartmental communication between Production, Engineering, and Project teams, ensuring progress on key initiatives and projects
- Track and manage departmental workflows, timelines, and schedules to ensure milestones are met and projects stay on track
- Follow up with team members and engineers to ensure all moving parts of projects are accounted for and deliverables are completed on time
- Contribute to process improvement efforts based on performance trends, KPIs, and team feedback
- Assist with reporting on key metrics, identifying potential bottlenecks, risks, or delays, and implementing solutions proactively
- Serve as a point of contact for operational coordination across locations to ensure alignment and consistency
Experience and Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations
- Background in automation, manufacturing, or project-based operations is strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple moving parts and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Ability to follow up effectively with engineers and team members to maintain accountability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process-driven operations
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
