Key Responsibilities

As our Technical Communications Specialist, you will:

  • Create and deliver compelling content for external communications, case studies, press releases, technical articles, and social media posts
  • Partner with engineering, project management, and sales teams to develop accurate, technical storytelling that highlights project successes, innovation, and company milestones
  • Conduct in-depth research and author detailed case studies and project features showcasing Premier Automation’s expertise
  • Lead and execute technical and industry-focused social media campaigns, ensuring content is both technically accurate and engaging
  • Serve as Premier Automation’s brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and customer tours, helping articulate our capabilities and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, trade publications, and industry professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, aligned messaging across all communication channels

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, automation, or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record working inside an organization as part of internal teams
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create technical content that is clear, accurate, and engaging
  • Experience collaborating directly with technical experts, leadership teams, and cross-functional departments
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and basic content creation platforms
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and customer engagements

 

 

Important Note:

This role is designed for candidates with direct, in-house communications experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries. Candidates with primarily agency or consulting backgrounds may find this role less aligned with their skillset.
