Looking for a true sales professional — not a retail clerk.
Premiere Kubota of Waukon is hiring a driven Territory Sales Professional to grow equipment sales across northeast Iowa. This is a base salary + commission role with significant earning potential for the right hunter.
We are an established dealership representing Kubota Corporation — a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment — and we’re ready to expand our market share.
What This Role Really Is
This is a 50/50 Inside & Outside Sales position.
You will:
- Own and grow a multi-county territory
- Prospect new accounts
- Visit farms, contractors, acreage owners, and municipalities
- Conduct equipment demonstrations
- Close showroom opportunities
- Build long-term customer relationships

Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Commission on equipment sales
- Performance-based earning upside

Top performers in equipment and territory sales can earn well above base.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Every other Saturday (8:00am–12:00pm)
Serious sales professionals understand that availability wins deals, and customers buy on the weekend.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B/B2C, equipment, ag, construction, industrial, or related)
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Professional presence and communication
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate heavy equipment
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

- Someone looking for a counter-only retail job
- Someone uncomfortable with prospecting
- Someone who needs constant direction
