Premiere Kubota of Waukon is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Equipment Setup & Delivery Specialist to support our growing dealership and upcoming rental division.

This is not just a delivery job.

This is the person who ensures every machine leaves our lot clean, prepped, professional, and ready to represent the Kubota brand with pride.

You are the final set of eyes before a customer sees their equipment — and the first impression when it arrives.

Position Overview

This role is the operational “utility knife” of our dealership.

You will:

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
• Wash, detail, and stage equipment for showroom or lot display
• Deliver and pick up equipment safely and professionally
• Maintain yard organization and workflow
• Support the launch and growth of our rental fleet

Core Responsibilities

Equipment Delivery (CDL Required)

• Safely haul tractors, attachments, and construction equipment
• Properly load, secure, and transport equipment on flatbed trailers
• Ensure accurate paperwork and customer sign-off
• Represent Premiere Kubota professionally during customer interactions
• Home nightly

Setup & PDI

• Perform detailed pre-delivery inspections
• Check fluids, attachments, and functionality (check list included)
• Identify and correct small issues before equipment leaves
• Wash and detail equipment so it is showroom-ready

Yard Operations

• Move and stage machines as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized gravel lot
• Assist with unloading incoming inventory and parts
• Support parts and service departments as needed

Rental Division Support (Growth Opportunity)

• Assist in preparing and maintaining rental equipment
• Support fleet readiness and turnaround
• Opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities as rental operations scale

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Home nightly
• Occasional longer days if a delivery or pickup requires it
• Potential Saturday work (not routine)

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Experience hauling equipment on flatbed trailers
• Understanding of agricultural and construction equipment
• Comfortable operating tractors, skid steers, and attachments
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
