What you’ll do: 

As an Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you will leave work each day feeling a sense of accomplishment. You’ll join a friendly, upbeat group of people on a mission to make our clients’ accounts payable process as seamless as possible. This is a busy and growing department, and by joining us you will become a valuable and essential member of the BioProcure team!

On an average day, an Accounts Payable Support Specialist:

  • Quickly and accurately enters a large volume of information into our easy-to-use software system
  • Provides excellent customer service via email and phone support
  • Develops and maintains relationships with both clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication
  • Researches, resolves, and follows up on any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Who we’re looking for:

For this entry-level position, we will train candidates with the following attributes:

  • The ability to perform data entry assignments with speed and accuracy – This is essential!
  • Extreme attention to detail – Also essential!
  • At least 1-year customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • The confidence to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced/changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and consistency
  • The ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues
  • The confidence to learn new programs and software applications
  • The ability to cooperate and work together with a team
  • A positive, can-do attitude
