From our recruiting processes onward, we want to set a new benchmark of what a great company experience feels like. Are we close to this mark? Not by a long shot. We've only been commercial since April of 2023. We lack the finances and headcount of 95%+ of corporate America.


This noted, it's our intent and goal to provide you with a memorable, and most of all, human experience that money can't buy. 

 

This human treatment starts now. Until we’re absolutely convinced AI can screen applications without bias (and don’t get us started about fraudulent AI generated resumes!), we will review every application, including cover letters, with human eyes. If we respond within five minutes of applying, it’s not because an algorithm denied you; we happened to be reviewing resumes when yours appeared.  Even on weekends/after working hours. One of our Delivery Competencies is “Getting Stuff Done” and we aim to respond with a reply of some sort within five  business days of application. No guarantees, but that’s our desire. We don’t like keeping people waiting in limbo. 

 

Additionally, in part to reduce the number of “that job title has a similar word as mine” applications, but in larger part to set a human context and to gather some useful data up front, we’ll be asking you to answer a few rather novel questions as part of the process. Hope you find them, at minimum, thought provoking.
