Your Mission
As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an exceptional leader to build and scale one or more of our sales teams in Helsinki. You will be responsible for new sales within new target groups and/or products, where you will establish a new team/department and ensure the membership growth that makes us Finland’s fastest-growing community for professional development.

Presidents Institute is one of the Nordic region’s leading platforms for knowledge, inspiration, and networking. We create network groups, development programs, and conferences designed to deliver extraordinary and lasting results for our members.
We are driven by the belief that education and development happen throughout life, and we are passionate about helping professionals overcome “The Experience Trap.” Presidents Institute currently has 20 employees and more than 700 active executives as members. We operate in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Building a best-in-class sales organization with a high-performance culture, a shared vision, clear and ambitious goals, positive competition, continuous learning and development, accountability, engagement, and drive.
- Evaluating individual and team capabilities, strengths, and needs through coaching, monthly 1:1 meetings, and by giving and receiving feedback.
- Leading, developing, and motivating exceptional sales teams.
- Recruiting the right people and continuously developing employees.
- Developing sales playbooks and building an academy for fast and effective onboarding of new team members.
- Implementing the company’s strategy and contributing to the definition of future strategies.
- Closing deals and ensuring that strategic goals are met.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers (C-level leaders from Finland’s largest and most exciting organizations).

- Fluent in Finnish and English.
