About the Position: We are seeking a visionary Product Leader to drive the development and execution of innovative product strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product leadership within the tech industry, specifically in AI-driven software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive the product roadmap and ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. This position is fully remote and reports to the CTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap: Collaborate directly with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision and market opportunities. Present product updates and strategic plans to senior management and external partners.
  • Streamline workflows: Implement and optimize processes for the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, collaborating with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Requirements gathering: Engage directly with customers and team leads to gather and prioritize product requirements and feedback. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Leadership: Manage a small team of designers and work closely with the product team, fostering a collaborative environment, balancing project priorities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Reporting and analytics: Define and monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and impact on business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience managing a product in a secure SaaS platform, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and design teams, including providing insights on architecture and design decisions that align with product goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Baseline experience working with Rails or similar MVC platforms.

Desired Qualifications (Bonus Points):

  • Experience in the legal industry, particularly in leveraging AI technologies to solve legal problems or enhance legal operations.
  • Hands-on experience with software development and engineering, particularly in Ruby.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments, especially within the tech sector.
  • Proven track record of successful product scaling and management of multiple product lines.
  • International market penetration and global product strategy development experience.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and tools like GitHub.
  • Demonstrated experience with gen-AI technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with ML technologies.

Compensation Range:

  • $160,000 - $195,000
