About the Position: The Senior Marketing Director is responsible for the company’s creative services, communication and advertising plans, brand management, social media, websites, digital/print production, and distribution. This high-visibility role will manage the Creative & Marketing team, lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans to meet sales and retention targets and elevate brand recognition to improve customer experience and loyalty. This position is entirely remote and will report to the CEO. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and oversee strategic B2B go-to-market initiatives to surpass lead generation goals.
  • Initiate inbound marketing campaigns to acquire fresh leads.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align new marketing strategies with business objectives and product development.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics across channels, overseeing reports and dashboards and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance campaigns consistently.
  • Develop creative strategy and oversees the execution of marketing deliverables, including digital/print brochures, PowerPoint templates, email campaigns, mobile communications, display ads, and event displays.
  • Establish, maintain, and build the company’s brand through various print, online and experiential platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all corporate and strategic partner collateral.
  • Manage key digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Manage marketing analytics tools.
  • Manage and develop direct reports.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or/in communications. Master's degree (highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working in the marketing department.  ​​
  • Strong analytical skills to review business KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and other similar tools.
  • Experience marketing SaaS products in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing SEO programs and email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience presenting to a high-level audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines within a team environment with demonstrated success in meeting project deliverables and implementing complex and large-scale initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and high standards of competence, integrity, professionalism, and the ability to manage a diverse workforce. Decisive leader with the ability to lead and empower teams to develop impactful short and long-term strategies and action plans and drive for results.
  • Experience with start-up environments.

  • Has a solid understanding of legal industry methodology and/or experience in SaaS companies.

Compensation Range:

  • $140,000 - $185,000 per year. The final base salary will be determined based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
