About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Sales Department as an Account Manager. In this dynamic role, you will directly support the Sales Team, managing client requests, confirming session details, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and key resources, including reporters, videographers, and interpreters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer service-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality control, resolving issues, and supporting both internal teams and external vendors. This position requires a proactive and independent approach to ensure all client needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and confirm deposition/proceeding sessions with both clients and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, etc. and all other outside vendors, as applicable; treat them as “key members of our team."
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team to schedule resources - Reporters, Agencies, Videographers, Interpreters.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance exercises, as needed, to ensure consistent and repeatable results across all assignments.
- Respond to all client requests received via email and/or phone queue in a pleasant and professional manner and fulfill timely requests as received.
- Resolve issues and/or escalate as needed; collaborate with applicable departments and/or colleagues to ensure prompt and accurate resolution.
- Contact clients on order changes and ensure they are fulfilled.
- Maintain checklists of tasks and responsibilities and coordinate with team leads on fulfillment.
- Employ best practices, including principles of project management, when and where needed.
- Review invoices ensuring proper billing details and contact information is included.
- Other duties as needed and/or requested by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task.
- Must be proactive with collaboration and communication, including written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the legal field is a plus.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is up to $50,000 - $60,000; which will be determined based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
