About the Position: We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals who are interested in getting their foot in the door of the sales industry. Jumpstart your career by joining our growing team as an entry-level Sales Representative! To be successful in this position, you will need to be a go-getter who is driven to exceed goals and motivated for future success in all areas of life. You are responsible for sourcing new clients through outbound and inbound lead follow-up. This position is entirely remote and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically prospect and develop new business opportunities within the legal industry, building a strong pipeline of law firm clients
  • Lead engaging discovery calls and compelling software demos that surface client pain points, clearly articulate ROI, and drive fast-moving sales cycles to close
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience and foster long-term client value
  • Serve as a voice of the market by channeling customer feedback, emerging trends, and competitive insights to the Product team to influence roadmap planning and development priorities
  • Build client relationships — Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact between Prevail and its clients. Identify customer needs and ensure our products and services meet them.
  • Report on pipeline and accounts — Prepare and present results, account status, and lead updates to the CEO.
  • Deliver accurate proposals — Provide clients with information, quotes, and bid specifications as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or client services roles.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM and standard office tools

Bonus: Familiarity with the legal industry or legal tech is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, legal tech, or a startup environment
  • Hungry, coachable, and ready to build — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable owning client conversations from first touch to close
  • Takes ownership of outcomes and follows through without hand-holding
  • Strong communicator who builds real relationships, not just transactional ones
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this salary position is $60,000 - 65,000/yr, plus commission. However, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
