Prezzee is a leading global digital gift card platform, offering innovative solutions for B2B customers.  As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients while shaping how we deliver value in this growing market. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to make a real impact as part of a fast-moving, innovative team.

 

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager - Sales, you’ll work closely with clients from onboarding through to ongoing support, helping them integrate Prezzee into their business and achieve their goals. Building strong relationships and understanding each client’s unique needs will be at the heart of what you do. In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure clients are set up for success from day one.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, offering guidance and resolving challenges quickly.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts while keeping them engaged and satisfied.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve our solutions.
  • Use data and insights to monitor client health and drive proactive strategies for success.

This position is   based in New York, New York. Full time base salary range between: $90,000 - $115,000 USD  based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level. The total compensation package for this position includes a competitive STI plan.
