San Jose, California

About Prezzee

Prezzee is a fast-growing, innovative digital gifting and payment platform transforming how consumers and businesses engage through gift cards and rewards. Having recently launched in Canada, we’re rapidly expanding our global partner ecosystem across digital commerce, consumer finance, entertainment, and customer engagement technologies in North America.

About the Role

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships — North America, you’ll lead Prezzee’s expansion by identifying and securing high-impact partnerships across key sectors like digital commerce, consumer finance, BNPL, and entertainment platforms. Your focus will be on delivering revenue growth, expanding Prezzee’s strategic partner network, and establishing strong, long-term partnerships that create mutual value.

You’ll bring a personalized, “white-glove” approach to relationship building, collaborating closely with global teams and partners like Afterpay, while designing and executing a partnership strategy tailored for the US market. Your leadership will be crucial in building and scaling the North American partnerships team.

This role is based in either our Chelsea NYC or San Jose, California, office

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a North America–focused partnership strategy to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market growth.
  • Leverage your network and leads to build new strategic customers and expand existing channels, including BNPL and cross-regional APIs.
  • Manage day-to-day collaboration with key partners such as Afterpay to maximize partnership value.
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with strategic partners, aligning collaboration to client needs and innovation.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure marketing funds, co-op budgets, and maximize deal value while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance to optimize ROI and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to drive partnership success.
  • Represent Prezzee with senior partners and stakeholders as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
  • Support design and scaling of the North American partnerships team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.

What you bring

  • Significant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial growth—ideally within fintech, digital commerce, loyalty, or platform-led businesses.
  •  A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-impact partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results.
  •  A strong network or deep understanding of the North American market—you're credible, well-connected, and know how to navigate complex partner ecosystems.
  • Sharp commercial instincts—you're confident leading deal strategy, pricing negotiations, and securing co-marketing or funding agreements that create win-win outcomes.
  • A natural collaborator—you bring together cross-functional teams (legal, product, sales, marketing) to land and grow partnerships effectively.
  • A trusted leader who builds strong relationships internally and externally, and knows how to motivate others to deliver on a shared vision.
  • You have a bias for action — comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions quickly, and building momentum that drives results.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
