Job description:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and messaging. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, ensuring our solutions resonate with enterprise brands. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS or eCommerce technology, with expertise in crafting compelling narratives, enabling sales teams, and driving product adoption. 

Essential Function & Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies for new products, features, and enhancements. 
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated messaging that speaks to enterprise omnichannel brands’ challenges and goals. 
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with compelling narratives, decks, battlecards, and competitive insights to accelerate deal cycles. 
  • Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer interviews to inform positioning and strategy. 
  • Content Strategy: Partner with demand generation and content teams to create impactful core asset libraries, thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars. 
  • Product Adoption & Growth: Develop onboarding materials and engagement campaigns to drive adoption. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on strategy and execution. 
  • Process Excellence: Establish scalable processes and templates to streamline workflows and improve visibility. 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or eCommerce technology. 
  • Proven success in GTM execution for enterprise software solutions. 
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills, simplifying complex concepts for broad audiences. 
  • Experience in sales enablement, competitive positioning, and customer engagement. 
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel commerce, digital retail, and eCommerce analytics. 
  • Data-driven approach to refining messaging and measuring impact. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Highspot, Monday, SharePoint, Gong, and eMarketer is a plus. 
  • Background in pricing, packaging, and product naming is a plus.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $100,000-$150,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
