About the role:

We're an integration tool built by engineers for engineers coming off a strong FY24 and leaning into our product by adding Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to the team. You'll work on features that impact thousands of customers globally, shaping how integrations are built. You'll collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer solutions and work closely with product to develop new features. Your work will directly improve both new functionality and performance for our customers' software.

Prismatic is built primarily in TypeScript, using Python and Django on the backend and React on the frontend. We build a sophisticated Low-Code integration builder for users who want a WYSIWYG interface, as well as an SDK and CLI tools for building integrations fully in Typescript. We're looking for you to apply your experience within this environment and make a meaningful impact on our codebase. You'll participate in technical decision-making and planning while helping our engineering team grow their capabilities.

What you will do:

  • Participate in roadmapping and architecture discussions
  • Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code that meets high-quality standards
  • Drive major projects from conception through production deployment
  • Support and empower your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product managers and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate and contribute as a member of a full-stack product development team
  • Create strong developer experiences through our dashboard, documentation, APIs, and SDKs
  • Work directly with customers to solve their technical challenges

About you:

  • 6+ years experience in professional software development, ideally some of which you’ve spent in startups
  • Experience in JavaScript / TypeScript libraries and tooling, such as React
  • Experience building and interacting with GraphQL APIs, especially in Python
  • Experience building and maintaining large-scale production systems
  • A commitment to working in a communicative and collaborative environment
  • You write code that can be easily understood by others, with an eye towards maintainability
  • You value high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices

Bonus if you have experience with/in:

  • Shipping developer-facing tools, SDKs or APIs to production
  • Mentoring other team members, and have previously worked closely with designers

Pay range:

  • The pay range for this role is $170,000 - $195,000/yr USD 
  • There is no equity associated with this role
