About the role:

As the Creative Director at Prismatic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brand’s visual identity and creative strategy. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead the development of compelling, cohesive, and innovative creative concepts that resonate with our target audience of product, engineering, and SaaS leadership teams. This role requires a visionary who can translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual narratives and execute at a high level, ensuring Prismatic stands out in the competitive embedded integration space.

You will oversee all aspects of brand design, content creation, and creative execution across marketing channels, including digital campaigns, product launches, website design, social media, events, and sales enablement materials. This is an individual contributing role and the ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of setting a bold creative direction while rolling up their sleeves to execute when needed.

What you will do:

  • Define and lead Prismatic’s overall creative strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints, including digital marketing, website, product visuals, events, and customer communications
  • Own and evolve Prismatic’s visual identity, maintaining brand guidelines that reflect our core values—Give a Shit, Progress Over Perfection, and Same Team—while pushing creative boundaries to differentiate us in the SaaS and iPaaS markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to develop creative concepts that support go-to-market initiatives, demand generation campaigns, product storytelling, and customer engagement
  • Direct the creation of high-impact marketing assets, including website design, digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, videos, product demos, case studies, presentations, and event materials
  • Lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives
  • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to refine and optimize creative strategies
  • Develop design systems and templates that maximize creative output efficiency as the sole design resource
  • Partner closely with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with messaging strategies and drives engagement throughout the customer journey
  • Translate complex technical concepts into visually compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to keep Prismatic’s creative approach fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Utilize AI and design automation tools to streamline creative workflows, enhance productivity, and support data-driven creative experimentation
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed, ensuring quality and consistency in outsourced projects

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including brand development, digital campaigns, website design, and integrated marketing projects
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into visually compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and design automation technologies to enhance creative workflows and efficiency
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—capable of setting a bold creative vision while contributing to day-to-day execution when needed

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Experience designing for a highly technical dev tool
  • Awareness of emerging trends in the B2B SaaS space, with an eye for innovation

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
