Senior Demand Generation Manager

United States

Prismatic is the integration platform purpose-built for B2B software companies that need to deliver integrations at scale. We're turning integrations from a product bottleneck into a growth driver for hundreds of companies, from high-growth startups to Fortune 500s.

Our platform handles everything that breaks at scale—authentication, deployment, monitoring, scaling, and security—so companies can ship integrations, not infrastructure. With flexible building blocks including code-native integrations, low-code tools, and an embedded workflow builder, we enable companies to build once, deploy to many, and deliver reliable integration experiences that drive revenue growth.

We're well-funded with strong product-market fit, growing rapidly while maintaining the scrappy, high-agency culture that got us here.

About the role:

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Demand Generation Manager to fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you'll own our demand generation strategy from conception to conversion, building and executing integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for our sales team. You'll work at the intersection of technical marketing and growth, developing sophisticated multi-channel programs that resonate with developers, product leaders, and engineering decision-makers. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-growing company while working with cutting-edge integration technology that's transforming how B2B software companies connect with their customers.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth, managing budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI
  • Build and orchestrate integrated, multi-touch campaigns combining demand generation and demand capture tactics, aligned to company messaging and persona-specific value propositions
  • Own and optimize our marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, tracking key metrics like cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution by channel
  • Design and manage lifecycle marketing programs including email automation, nurture sequences, and ABM campaigns across different customer tiers with personalized messaging
  • Plan and execute webinars, content campaigns, and other demand generation initiatives that engage technical audiences and drive meaningful pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment and optimize lead handoff processes
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve program effectiveness

About you:

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at technical B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth
  • Deep understanding of technical buying processes and experience marketing to developers, product managers, and engineering leaders
  • Marketing to developer tools, integration platforms, or API-focused products
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and demand generation tools across multiple channels (email, paid advertising, SEO, webinars)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimization, conversion rate analysis, and ROI measurement across marketing channels
  • Proven ability to build and execute integrated campaigns that combine strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Experience with ABM strategies and multi-tier campaign personalization
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to orchestrate complex, cross-functional campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Advanced marketing automation and lead scoring implementations
  • Demand generation in the embedded software or platform-as-a-service space
  • Account-based marketing tools and platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Technical content creation or developer community engagement
  • Growth marketing tactics and experimentation frameworks

Pay range:

  • The pay range for this role is $155,000 - $175,000

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
