Technical Account Manager

United States

Prismatic is the integration platform that helps B2B software companies build integrations fast and deliver them at scale. We're turning integrations from a bottleneck into a growth driver for hundreds of companies, from high-growth startups to Fortune 500s.

Our platform handles everything that breaks at scale, so teams can ship integrations, not infrastructure. It provides flexible, AI-enabled build experiences through code-native, low-code, and an embedded workflow builder, plus self-service configuration and an embedded marketplace.

Prismatic is well-funded with strong product-market fit and a high-agency, driven, collaborative culture.

About the role:

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to ensure that customers love our platform. You will coordinate onboarding and drive long-term technical customer enablement to meet our customers' integration goals.

Your unique blend of technical expertise and customer-focused skills will be instrumental in guiding customers through their initial Prismatic journey, driving valuable integration outcomes, and fostering strong Prismatic knowledge. You will partner with our technical users, generally software engineers, in our customers' diverse B2B software space. We will get you smart on Prismatic and, alongside other Prismatic subject matter experts, you will build relationships and drive valuable customer integration outcomes.

You Will...

  • Become an expert in building integrations with Prismatic
  • Partner with customers to gain a deep understanding of their technical landscape and current or future Prismatic use case
  • Own the technical success of Prismatic from initial customer onboarding and post-onboarding expansion.
  • Run scoped implementation projects as customers adopt new capabilities (embedded workflow builder, agent flows, platform migrations)
  • Define integration architecture best practices and write TypeScript code samples that show customers how to apply them to their use case
  • Review customer code and architecture, and debug integration issues across third-party APIs: OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, data mapping
  • Run working sessions and office hours, create videos, guides, tools, and examples, and make customer engineers self-sufficient on Prismatic
  • Surface expansion opportunities from your accounts' architecture (unused capabilities, adjacent use cases) and technically qualify them

You might be a good fit if you...

  • Have 3+ years of customer-facing experience in implementation engineering, professional services, solutions/pre-sales engineering, or another customer-related technical role in B2B SaaS
  • Write and review TypeScript comfortably, and can read a customer's integration code and give useful feedback the same day
  • Have done integration work in production: REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, error handling, async patterns
  • Have run customer-facing technical projects with deadlines, milestones, and multiple stakeholders
  • Are a self-starter with the ability to plan and implement strategy with limited supervision
  • Are able to articulate technical concepts to less technical audiences
  • Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer and internal activities
  • Comfortable with occasional early/late customer calls across US time zones
  • Are comfortable and effective working as part of a fully remote team

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, common SDK & API tools, GraphQL APIs, and CI/CD pipelines

The pay range for this role is...

  • Base salary: $155,000; plus equity

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
