Prism seeks to add a full time Client Care Coordinator to our growing team. This is a unique chance to be the friendly and competent face of a top tier specialty facility. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and patients, deliver best in class customer service, and make sure all client questions are answered in an informative and friendly manner
  • Communicate and collaborate with staff regarding patient care and client questions
  • Document communications and conversations
  • Maintain common areas
  • Perform intake/discharge duties
  • General administrative duties
  • Answer multiple phone lines
  • Fille/dispense medications per doctor’s orders
  • Manage the appointment schedule
  • Receive payments for services rendered

What We Offer:

  • The pay range for this role is: $20-$24/hr. This pay range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed pay will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies
  • 4 day work week

What We Require:

  • 2+ years of veterinary experience in a customer service or client facing role
  • Highly evolved written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone that is comfortable around all types of animals – primarily dogs and cats
  • A person who is exceptionally organized and has a keen eye for detail
  • Someone with the ability to adapt and work well in a busy environment
  • An openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning

What Makes This Role Unique:

This is a Launch position as we work towards opening our second location in Park Slope Brooklyn next year! You will spend your first few months training, building rapport, and establishing a team workflow in our flagship Flatiron location before moving to work fulltime from our brand new Park Slope office. This is a once-in-a-career chance to be a key part of a founding team and you’ll gain unique experience both operationally and clinically as we expand our state of the art care in a new borough.
