About the role
As the Senior Sales Executive leading engagements with our Professional & Financial Services clients you’ll be tasked with growing one of PHMs most important categories. You’ll engage with employee benefits leaders and senior executives at discerning clients to help them understand PHM’s unique offering to their health benefits and how it creates unparalleled support for employees and plan members who have been diagnosed with serious and complex conditions.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to build new distribution channels and further cultivate newly formed strategic partnerships to fuel continued growth in our corporate business. You’ll leverage your existing network and proven track record in sales while building trusted advisor relationships with the most recognizable global business in professional and financial services. You’ll work collaboratively with corporate leadership team to develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies, drive pipeline, qualify leads, and win business. You’ll also conduct market development to create greater awareness of our unique, differentiated health capabilities for the employer marketplace.

How You’ll Spend Your Days
- Closing New Business: You wake up thinking about how to identify high quality opportunities, maximize value for clients, and win new business
- Strategizing: You’ll collaborate with PHM leadership to define specific go-to-market strategies
- Thinking Ahead: You’re always developing a pipeline of new sales opportunities and building relationships with target employers
- Being the Voice of the Customer: You’ll expand on your knowledge of the marketplace and gain product and market feedback from customers, prospects and partners and distribute that to the team.
What you bring to the table
- A 5+ year track record, with demonstrable successes, closing complex multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Exceptional executive presence and written and verbal communication skills. You’ve built a career understanding and selling to highly discerning buyers and it shows.
- Account knowledge, customer contacts and industry relationships with professional services firms in industries such as: Management Consulting, Financial Advisory and Services, Law Firms, etc…
- A passion for full cycle sales: demand generation, qualification, consultative selling and closing
- A proven track record of being a self-starter who is equally comfortable selling independently or as part of a collaborative effort. No lone wolves.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience in employee benefits working with employee benefits leaders, benefits consultants and/or brokers to drive sales
- Prior experience selling point solutions into the employer market
- Experience at a large professional services firm.

Compensation:
The target base salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 with a generous performance-based commission plan.
This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as several factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
This is a remote role that requires significant travel and that you live in one of the following states where we currently have business operations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA
