About the Role   
As Vice President of Marketing, you will serve as the leader of PHM’s marketing function, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will own all aspects of marketing, including strategy, execution, and team leadership, with a strong focus on content creation and demand generation. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to grow PHM’s presence in the employee benefits market to drive customer acquisition among HR professionals, benefits brokers, corporate decision-makers, and other high profile channel customers. In addition, strong emphasis will be placed on our ability to drive member engagement with our services at each of our employer clients. You’ll leverage your mix of experience marketing to companies and directly to consumers.  
 
What You’ll Accomplish   
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position PHM as the leader in our vertical – High Acuity Patient Guidance.   
- Drive targeted demand generation campaigns to attract and convert employee benefits buyers, leveraging multiple channels, including digital, paid media, and events.   
-Develop strategies to foster consumer engagement with our services amongst our employer clients and strategic partners – i.e. payors and wealth management firms. 

- Oversee the creation of a robust content strategy, delivering compelling thought leadership materials such as case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts.   
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented execution.   
- Partner with commercial leadership and other leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and revenue targets.   
 
How You’ll Spend Your Days   
- Designing and implementing high-impact campaigns that fuel lead generation and customer acquisition.   
- Leading content development efforts to engage target audiences and support the sales funnel.   
- Analyzing market trends and customer insights to refine messaging and optimize marketing strategies.   
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Clinical, and Product, to ensure a unified and customer-focused approach.   
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.   
 
What You Bring to the Table   
- **Strategic Leadership**: Demonstrable experience as the senior most marketing leader in a growth stage company with extensive experience setting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that has resulted in significant, sustained, growth of the enterprise.   
- **Content and Demand Generation Expertise**: Deep experience in creating engaging content and managing end-to-end demand generation programs.   
- **Full-Funnel Marketing Acumen**: Strong understanding of the buyer journey and how to design campaigns that drive leads and conversions.   
- **Team Leadership**: A record of accomplishment building, mentoring, and leading successful marketing teams.   
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the employee benefits and healthcare space, including insights into HR buyer behavior.

Compensation   
The target base salary for this position is $175,00-$215,000.   
 
This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes health/dental/vision benefits, incentive plan, 401k with match, PTO, and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data, and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
