About the role
As the Paralegal at Private Health Management, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our legal operations as we build and scale a company serving patients facing serious and complex needs, with Clinicians and team members around the country. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for managing contracts, tracking clinician licensing compliance, and supporting various legal administrative functions that are crucial to our business operations.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Establish a streamlined system for tracking contracts through the drafting and execution process.
- Implement and manage a licensing compliance program for clinicians by engaging and overseeing an outside vendor.
- Streamline PHM legal operations
How You’ll Spend Your Days
- Managing contract administration, including building, organizing, and maintaining a modern contract database.
- Tracking clinician licensing compliance and managing the company’s vendor for licensing compliance.
- Drafting basic contracts (including client agreements, business associate agreements, and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements) using templates.
- Reviewing and preparing vendor contracts and purchase orders.
- Preparing and reviewing employment-related agreements.
What you bring to the table
- Professional paralegal and contract administration experience in a complex legal or corporate environment
- A Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrably strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to function independently without close management.

Compensation: The target hourly rate for this fulltime position is $30-$45/hr.
This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes: health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
This is a remote role that requires you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA
