Finance Business Partner

Job Description:
The US Site FBP serves as the finance business partner to the US site leader and operations team, driving cost management, financial planning, analysis, and decision support. This role is the key bridge between business and Finance team in a cross-cultural, fast-paced CDMO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Partner with US site leader and operations team; provide financial insights and decision support for site operations, new projects, and customer engagements.
- Cost Management: Own US site cost accounting and analysis; identify cost drivers, monitor variances, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Budget & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the US site; track actual vs. budget and explain variances to leadership.
- Financial Control & Compliance: Ensure site accounting complies with policies; support month-end close and internal/external audits.
- Systems & Processes: continuously improve finance processes and data quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with headquarter finance teams to ensure alignment on standards and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant finance experience; manufacturing / biotech / CDMO / audit firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Hands-on SAP experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a cross-cultural environment.
