What You Will Do…
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and maintain scalable accounting systems and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other statutory requirements
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at all levels of the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue recognition, billing, and other financial processes
- Support external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners
- Mentor and develop the accounting team
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have…
- CPA or equivalent qualification required
- 10+ years' of accounting experience, ideally with a background in SaaS, Payments or tech companies
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Proven track record of leading an accounting team in a high-growth environment
- Expertise in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner across teams
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Salary
$155,000-$195,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
