A little about the role…

We’re a fast-growing software company. As we scale rapidly, we need a sharp, motivated Financial Analyst to support our FP&A function, driving financial insights, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. What You Will Do…

  • Build and maintain forecasting models to support revenue, expense, and cash flow projections
  • Analyze operating expenses, headcount, and key cost drivers to support budget planning and cost efficiency
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actuals vs. forecasts and provide insights on key drivers
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive presentations, board meetings, and investor reports
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to guide strategic decision-making
  • Develop and improve financial dashboards and reports for leadership to track business performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to understand financial impacts

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role (preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech company)
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (churn, LTV/CAC, ACV, TCV, ARR, etc.) and their impact on financial planning
  • Experience with general ledger software and financial planning tools (NetSuite, SmartView preferred) and BI tools (PowerBI preferred) 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables)
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work, manage multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally

Salary

$75,000-$100,000/year DOE

Location

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
