A Little About the Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing Small and Mid-Market customer base through consultative selling, upselling, and relationship 
management. The Account Growth Specialist will own the end-to-end sales process for expansion opportunities, partner closely with internal teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers to drive adoption of Procare products and services.

What you’ll do:

  • Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, direct outreach to clients, scheduling appointments, objection handling, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and obtaining signed agreements
  • Opportunity Identification: Utilize creative sales strategies and analyze customer data to identify upsell opportunities that meet or exceed sales quotas. Study current business landscapes and review the Total Addressable Market (TAM)
  • Sales Execution: Proactively reach out to clients via outbound calls and emails to identify and evaluate additional needs, convincingly discussing product features and benefits
  • Relationship Management: Quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor with existing customers to understand their goals, challenges, and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction while taking a customer centric approach
  • Pipeline Management: Own pipeline accuracy and forecasting by managing opportunity progression, follow-ups, and close plans to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead discussions with clients to define favorable pricing terms that drive long-term business growth and minimize financial risk over time
  • Implementation & Adoption Oversight: Work with clients to set realistic expectations and KPI’s that will successfully lead to the activation of Procare’s products and services; driving faster time to revenue and long-term client satisfaction
  • Product Knowledge: Proactively learn and maintain knowledge of Procare’s products and services, ensuring a consultative approach when aligning platform capabilities with client business goals and operational workflows
  • CRM & Documentation: Maintain proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking client interactions, updating notes, managing leads, pipeline management, and analyzing customer data
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, form strong relationships, and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and products

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • 3+ years' of experience in Account Management, Account Growth, Inside Sales, or a related role carrying a sales quota focused on existing customers
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent) with foundational understanding of cloud-based or SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Experience in the Payments and/or Software industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to all levels, including senior leadership
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive with a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize workload, and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Persuasive, influential, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Salary

The annual cash compensation for this role offers an on-target earnings potential of $133,550/year (base + variable commissions)

Location

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
