A Little About the Role
The Supervisor, Enterprise Onboarding oversees the day-to-day execution of enterprise customer onboarding activities within the Operations Department. This role is responsible for ensuring enterprise customers are onboarded efficiently, consistently, and with a high level of quality—meeting defined timelines, scope, and customer expectations. The Supervisor provides hands-on guidance, coaching, and escalation support to onboarding specialists, while actively monitoring onboarding progress, customer readiness, and risk indicators. This role partners closely with Customer Success, Support, and other internal teams to ensure enterprise customers have a strong foundation for long-term utilization and retention.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and support Enterprise Onboarding Specialists through daily workflow management, prioritization, and issue resolution
- Act as an escalation point for complex onboarding challenges, customer concerns, or implementation risks
- Oversee multiple enterprise onboarding engagements simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and onboarding standards
- Review customer requirements and onboarding plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with enterprise needs
- Monitor onboarding progress and customer readiness, proactively identifying risks and driving corrective actions
- Partner with Customer Success and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity post-onboarding
- Track and report on onboarding performance metrics, customer progress, and team productivity
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development to onboarding specialists
- Ensure consistent documentation, process adherence, and use of internal systems and tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address process gaps, improve onboarding workflows, and enhance the enterprise customer experience
- Contribute insights and recommendations to leadership based on onboarding trends, customer feedback, and operational data
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple customer onboarding engagements concurrently
- Proven experience coaching, guiding, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM platforms
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related business tools
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and drive accountability at the team level
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years' of relevant experience, ideally in the software or technology industry
- 1–3 years' of supervisory or team leadership experience

Salary
$83,000 - $90,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
