A Little About the Role
Procare has ambitious goals for 2026 and beyond, and hiring the right talent is the first step towards achieving them. The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting our business strategy and will partner with hiring managers across the organization to ensure that key hiring initiatives are being met. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process and will partner with hiring managers across various departments to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring our hiring processes are efficient, equitable, and aligned with our long-term business goals. What you’ll do:
- Execute a robust recruiting strategy to meet the hiring demands of the organization. This includes gaining a strong understanding of the open roles, managing external postings to drive active candidate applications, sourcing qualified passive candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, managing the interview process, collecting, and reviewing candidate feedback, and maintaining all appropriate documentation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Conduct phone, virtual Zoom and/or in-person interviews
- Consult with managers to discover staffing requirements and specific job objectives
- Drive and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates, with a focus on diversity, by proactively sourcing via multiple channels including social media, web sourcing, searches, referrals, and hiring events
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites and other recruitment sites
- Implement processes to improve our overall recruiting efforts and support our ability to scale in the future
- Remain current on the latest trends in recruiting, the competitive landscape, market drivers, diversity and more, educating and sharing this knowledge with our internal teams
- Help identify areas for process improvement and help implement changes
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including offer process, reference and background checks, salary expectations and recommendations
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and members of the hiring team
- Support various HR and TA initiatives as needed
- Occasional travel may be required to career fairs, conferences, or travel to other Procare offices
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ of experience providing full life-cycle corporate recruiting in a professional organization
- 3+ years’ of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a successful track-record of talent acquisition in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other alternative sourcing methods to identify and hire high level positions with niche skill sets
- Ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition
- Experience sourcing passive talent on various talent sourcing solutions
- Proven track record of effective partnerships with hiring managers, technical leaders, and others across the organization
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional ability to connect with candidates and tell Procare’s story in a way that speaks to their career goals and other motivation
- Passion for innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to identify and connect with diverse and difficult to find talent groups
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques (e.g., STAR method)
- Strong understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practices in hiring
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite

Salary
$80,000 - $90,000/year DOE
Location
This position is preferably based in our Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA offices. For office-based positions, we are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week.
