A Little About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and sales contracts. This role partners closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to draft, review, negotiate, and manage agreements that support revenue growth while protecting the company's interests. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment on risk, and the ability to move deals forward efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Draft, review, and redline customer-facing agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, order forms, and amendments
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial drafting through negotiation, execution, and renewal
  • Partner with Sales teams to structure deals, resolve contract issues, and keep transactions moving through approval workflows
  • Identify and escalate legal, financial, or business risks in contract terms; recommend fallback positions within approved playbooks
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and standard clause libraries
  • Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Track contract status, key dates, and obligations using CLM or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign CLM)
  • Support audits and reporting related to contract terms, compliance, and deal metrics

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' of experience in contract administration, sales operations, or commercial legal support, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial contract terms (liability, indemnification, payment terms, termination, data protection, etc.)
  • Experience negotiating directly with customers under established guidelines
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certification or relevant legal training a plus
  • Experience with education, childcare, or Head Start-funded program software (e.g., daycare management, early childhood education, or grant-compliance platforms)
  • Familiarity with e-signature platforms and contract automation tools

Physical Requirements:

  • This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
  • Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
  • Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday
  • Occasional travel may be required for this position

Salary

$87,600 - $94,400/year DOE

Location

This position can be based in our Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA offices. Procare operates in a hybrid working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week.
