Driver - Warehouse Associate

Location: Royersford, PA  
Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level

Position Summary:

The Driver/Warehouse Associate’s primary responsibilities will be to deliver parts and other materials as needed to customer sites and/or other Proconex facilities.  When not driving, they will assist the warehouse/facility manger in his daily duties and support the Proconex sales organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive company vehicles, including DOT truck, to deliver parts and other materials to customer sites and transport materials between warehouses.
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Assist with all types of packaging, skid building and loading crates.
  • Ship and receive materials.
  • Move and organize inventory throughout storage locations.
  • Assist facilities manager and Proconex team in the preparation and cleanup of all corporate events.
  • Perform proper safety checks on regulators and other products after receiving proper training.
  • Assemble valves, regulators, and similar material in support of the Proconex sales organization.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.  Follow all safety policies and procedures set forth by Proconex and meet all customer requirements.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma required. Trade school and/or other technical training preferred. A minimum of 1 year of driving/shipping/receiving preferred. Experience driving a forklift preferred.
