Sales Coordinator - Parts
Are you eager to start a rewarding career in technical sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Sales Coordinator - Parts to join our team in the Process Control industry. No prior sales experience is required - just a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn! You will receive training to develop your sales expertise while supporting customers in selecting the right parts solutions for their needs.
The Sales Coordinator - Parts will be responsible for managing existing accounts, providing technical support to customers, and assisting with parts initiatives and sales strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Create quotations for replacement parts and kits.
- Ability to learn product Bill of Materials.
- Drive sales.
- Communicate continually with customers and prospects to keep them informed of quote progress.
- Drive for additional product and services scope as part of standard customer quote engagement.
- Track and follow up on open opportunities and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on objectives.
- Resolve all customer issues and complaints in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Interface with vendors, principals, and customers through phone, email, and other forms of communication.
- Work with Sales team to support Parts initiatives and sales strategies.
- Ability to convert a quote to an order and create and send a purchase order to a supplier.
- Assist Business Operations to ensure we hold the right inventory.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.
