Do you want hands-on experience working with real industrial equipment in a structured, organized environment? Proconex is hiring entry-level Warehouse & Assembly Technicians to join our fast-growing team in Royersford, PA.

This is a launching pad. We'll train you, mentor you, and give you the skills to advance into field service roles, lead technician, supervisor, or management positions within a reasonable amount of time.

What You'll Do

You'll be the backbone of our warehouse and assembly operations, supporting the Proconex sales organization and our customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assembly – Assemble control valves, regulators, and automated valve systems with precision and attention to detail

If you want routine desk work, this isn't it. If you're ready to build real technical skills and learn the foundation of industrial operations, let's go.

This role offers two clear career directions:

  • Field Service Track – Move into our Field Service Technician role, working directly with customers in the field (higher responsibility, better pay)
  • Warehouse Leadership Track – Advance to Lead Technician or Supervisor roles

Your performance and interests determine which path you pursue. Both offer growth, mentorship, and industry training.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in/graduated from a trade or technical program)
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
