AI Content Marketing Manager

About Product School:

Product School is the global leader in product training, with a thriving community of over two million professionals. We offer live, online certifications taught by Product Leaders from top Silicon Valley companies like Google, Meta, Netflix, and Amazon.

In addition to certifications, we host ProductCon, the world’s largest product management conference, and produce The Product Podcast, a leading podcast for product professionals.

Founded in 2014, Product School was bootstrapped for the first 7 years before raising $25 million from Leeds Illuminate. We are proud to be a profitable, fast-growing company shaping the future of education.

The Role:

As our AI Content Marketing Manager, you will act as the "Editor-in-Chief" and lead copywriter for the brand. You aren’t just writing content; you are architecting a content system that blends high-level creative strategy with AI efficiency.

You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and hold the keys to our brand voice. You will be responsible for creating, polishing, and distributing content across B2C (individual students) and B2B (corporate training) channels. You will prove that AI doesn’t replace creativity—it amplifies it.

This is a hands-on, high-execution role for a senior individual contributor who loves to write, build, and ship.

You are responsible for two distinct but critical missions:

  1. Creating high-converting content for all B2C & B2B Marketing channels
  2. Optimizing our content ecosystem so that LLMs cite Product School as the primary source of truth.

What you’ll do:

  • Content Strategy & Copywriting
    • Act as the lead copywriter for the company. You will write, edit, and ship copy for our Website, Landing Pages, Lifecycle Email Nurtures, and Performance Ads.
    • Oversee the Brand Voice. Ensure every piece of content—whether a tweet or a whitepaper—sounds distinctly like Product School: professional, empowering, and authoritative.
    • Bridge the gap between B2C and B2B.
  • AI Integration & Operations
    • Utilize Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to multiply your output. You don't just prompt; you build robust workflows that allow you to produce high-quality content at 10x speed.
    • Optimize for AI Discovery (GEO): You understand that search is changing. You will structure our content so it is easily ingested and cited by LLMs. You will ensure that when an AI is asked "What is the best Product Management certification?", it retrieves Product School data because of how you structured our content.
    • Build prompt libraries and workflows that allow the marketing team to move faster.
    • Edit AI-generated drafts to ensure they meet our rigorous standards for tone, accuracy, and "human" feel.
  • Social Media Management
    • Own the Social Media Calendar (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Threads, TikTok).
    • Drive engagement by turning long-form assets into bite-sized, viral social content.
    • Monitor trends in the Tech and EdTech space to keep Product School at the center of the conversation.

This role could be a good fit for you if:

  • You are a Native English Speaker: Your command of English, nuance, and idioms is impeccable.
  • You are a "Doer" with High Agency: You don't wait for permission or resources. You find a way to get the content live. You thrive in an environment where you are measured by what you ship, not just what you plan.
  • You are an expert in Content for LLMs: You understand the mechanics of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). You know how to write content that satisfies both human readers and AI training data.
  • You are truly "AI Native": AI isn't a novelty to you; it's your OS. You are an expert at prompting for tone, structure, and complex reasoning.
  • You are a Senior Storyteller: 5+ years of experience in content marketing. You can craft a narrative that resonates with a B2C aspiring PM one minute and a B2B Enterprise L&D Director the next.
  • Your Tech Stack: Expert in AI text tools (Claude/ChatGPT), Social tools (HeyOrca), and lightweight design (Canva/CapCut).
  • You are an omnichannel Expert: You understand that copy for a Facebook Ad is fundamentally different from copy for a CEO's thought leadership piece—and you excel at both.

Bonus Points:

  • Domain Expertise: Background working in Tech or specifically the Product Management industry. You know what "discovery," "roadmap," and "stakeholder management" mean.
  • Thought Leadership: Experience ghostwriting for executives or managing a Substack/Newsletter with a substantial following.
  • Visual Flair: Basic design skills or experience prompting AI for visual assets (images/video).

The perks:

  • Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US - support for additional coverage is available in Spain
  • Company Team Offsites and Coworking - we believe that remote-first doesn’t mean remote-only
  • Free Product School Course Offerings - we offer a range of courses and certifications worth $27,000 that we readily encourage our employees to explore
  • Monthly Internet Reimbursement - we support our team, wherever they’re working from
  • Parental leave

We require that candidates be located in the country/countries specified. We are unable to hire outside of the country/countries specified or provide or take over sponsorship at this point in time.  Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the listed country of hire without sponsorship.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
