Lead/Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our team.

Profile.com is an AI Company that partners with the world's industry-defining organizations to design intelligence programs and software aimed at identifying outlier talent.

You Will:

• Lead data pipeline work and other related projects.
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering team to build out new features for the Profile.com platform.
• Assume leadership of new projects; from initial concept to deployment.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and provide solutions.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience.
• Skilled in Golang 
• Experience with realtime data ingestion pipelines
• Familiarity with Postgres, ClickHouse, and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Turbopuffer)
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
• Experience working with a growing team and early to late stage startups
• Bonus if you have worked on a search engine or a search related product.
