Talent Sourcer (Technical, Product & Design)

Profile is an AI Company that partners with the world's industry-defining organizations to design intelligence programs and software aimed at identifying outlier talent.

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our remote team on a three month contract to start.

You Will: 

• Source highly qualified product, design and technical candidates.
• Collaborate with our hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements for open positions. 

You Have: 

• 4+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment within the technology industry. 
• Strong understanding of roles, especially in the technical space.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of sourcing tools. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-passed, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and roles.
