National Account Manager

Who You Are:
The National Account Manager is an individual contributor for new business development and customer relationship management. If you are a skilled sales professional with a passion for selling to the C-suite executives of North America’s largest companies, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity. In this role, you’ll be originating and closing multimillion dollar projects.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and target high-potential prospects among companies with annual revenues exceeding $400 million in the United States and $750 million in Canada
- Execute aggressive prospecting and cold-calling strategies to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs, aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.
- Secure meetings to create momentum and active prospect engagement to drive the sales process to a successful conclusion.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor proposals and deliver exceptional value propositions.
- Create and conduct presentations working with the Sales Operations team to obtain and review client data, finalize reports, and deliver findings to the prospective client.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Manage and further develop the client relationship to facilitate additional business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of successful sales experience required and a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on selling to large companies
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling, consistently delivering results
- Exhibits relentless drive and determination to achieve sales goals, consistently seeking new opportunities and overcoming obstacle with a positive attitude
- Able to handle rejection gracefully maintaining motivation and focus on long-term success while continuously refining sales strategies based on client feedback
- Ability and passion for developing long-standing business relationships and maintaining customer focus
- High sales aptitude, self-motivation, and drive to hunt for new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory

Your target earnings potential ranges from $300,000 to $600,000 annually, reflecting the substantial rewards available to top-performing individuals who excel in driving sales and nurturing long-term client relationships. We believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication, and this compensation model reflects our commitment to recognizing and valuing your contributions to our organization. This includes a competitive base salary of $120,000. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, providing significant income potential based on your performance and achievements.
