Role description: 

We are looking for a Technical Integration Manager! As a Technical Integration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our global carrier network. You will be instrumental from the ground up in the integration process of carriers and freight forwarded into our system. This role encompasses the full spectrum of integration activities – from initial contact and discovery through configuration, testing, and live operation – to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 

What you’ll be working on: 

  • Carrier Integration Management: Initiate contact with carriers to gather requirements and understand their preferred integration methods (EDI, API, Flatfile). Lead the discovery phase to outline integration specifics and prepare for implementation. 
  • Integration Setup and Configuration: Design and configure integration setups according to carrier specifications. Develop solutions that meet carrier needs. 
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of configured integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process to prevent or minimize service disruptions. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to align integration strategies with business objectives and customer needs. Ensure a cohesive approach to network operations. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of carrier integrations and overall network operations. 

Requirements & Preferred Skills 

  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation operations, carrier relations, and systems integrations. 
  • At least 2+ years in logistics operations, carrier onboarding, or carrier procurement. 
  • Strong technical proficiency with EDI, Flat File, and API integrations. 
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Kibana is highly desirable. 
  • Quick learner with a robust ability to acquire industry knowledge and adapt to new technologies. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and passion for operational excellence. 
  • Self-starter with an ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities. 
  • Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workloads and multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages a plus 
  • In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office three days weekly.
