About the role: 

The Sr HRBP – Tech is a trusted and strategic people advisor and coach that supports the Global Engineering organization at project44. This role is responsible for connecting the needs of the business functions to people strategies and initiatives. As the Sr. HRBP, you will work closely with the Tech leadership teams to provide strategic guidance and counsel on all people matters. This role will influence team member experience by architecting and executing people processes and partnerships that stimulate the engagement, retention, development, and performance of our global team. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Act as a strategic partner to p44 leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.   
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.   
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management, career development, and succession planning.   
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on HR strategies and programs.   
  • Develop and deploy effective global talent programs that drive engagement, development, retention, and high performance of team members across the organization.  
  • Navigate complexity, nuance, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.  
  • Drive alignment with organizational goals and priorities by influencing leadership, embodying the company culture, and serving as a role model for others  
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders—such as Legal, Finance, IT, and Payroll—to ensure seamless execution of people strategies and operations.  
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that we are attracting and hiring top talent.   
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop and implement business enablement programs that meet the needs of the business units they support.   
  • Partner with the People Operations team to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with company values and compliance regulations. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of HR experience, having previously supported Tech leaders and teams in an HRBP capacity at a global SaaS or high-growth company. 
  • Proven ability to establish strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and team members across all levels of the organization. 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to inform decisions and provide actionable insights. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and projects with efficiency and accountability. 
  • Self-motivated and adept at navigating ambiguity, taking the initiative to gather information, build connections, and address challenges effectively. 
  • Agile mindset with the ability to seamlessly shift between strategic planning and tactical execution. 
  • Resilient and adaptable, maintaining professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations. 
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, consistently maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
