As a Principal Technical Recruiter in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for attracting world class talent to project44. This position reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and will directly support our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. We are looking for someone who is excited by growth, passionate about technology and ready to recruit globally.
What you're looking to do next:
- Ensure project44 hires the best technical and product talent in the industry
- Hire for all the following roles (and more): full stack engineers, data engineers, backend developers, product managers, designers and technical writers.
- Support and scale multiple business lines all while expanding hiring in Banglore
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance conversion rates and improve candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
- Effectively interpret recruitment metrics to build process improvements to improve areas like conversion ratios and candidate & hiring manager satisfaction scores
- You are the go-to person who will advise our technical and product teams and build the recruitment strategy to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience
- Builds an inclusive and objective hiring process, ensuring candidate are assessed based on relevant competencies
- Source Candidates via:
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Networking Events
- Job Postings
- Personal Network
- Screen candidates and guide them through interview process
- Coordinating with hiring managers and leadership to meet recruitment objectives
- Work in our ATS (Greenhouse) to improve visibility and automation in recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers and project44 leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met
What You’ll Need:
- Experience recruiting the top 1% of talent in Bangalore
- 8+ years of experience in technical and product ecruiting
- Experience interpreting data and using it to influence hiring decisions
- Hands on experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
- Established network and expertise in Bengaluru startup tech community
- Ability and willingness to organize, host, and attend networking events
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Ability to work independently and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Ability to see all tasks through to completion with a high attention to detail
- Results driven with a confident, proactive approach to recruitment
