About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented People Programs and Enablement Manager to support our People team across HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a support-focused environment, and wants exposure across multiple areas of People operations, programs, and enablement.
This position will not have direct HRBP client ownership but will partner closely with HRBPs and the L&D team to support people programs, onboarding, enablement efforts, and operational execution.
Key Accountabilities:

People Programs & HRBP Support
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of people programs and initiatives
- Provide operational, administrative, and program support to HRBPs, including preparation of materials, documentation, data inputs, and follow-ups related to People processes
- Assist with drafting, maintaining, and evolving People team resources such as playbooks, guides, templates, and FAQs
- Support the coordination of team member lifecycle processes (onboarding, role changes, exits) in partnership with HRBPs
- Help track milestones, actions, and outcomes for People programs to ensure consistency and follow-through
- Contribute to the standardization and documentation of HRBP processes to improve scalability and efficiency
- Provide flexible, as-needed support to HRBPs during peak periods, projects, or organizational changes
Learning & Enablement Support
- Support facilitation and coordination of team member onboarding sessions
- Assist with building, updating, and maintaining enablement and learning content (presentations, job aids, guides, LMS content, etc.)
- Partner with L&D team members to support the delivery of onboarding and learning programs
- Help manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities
- Partner with L&D to identify opportunities to improve onboarding and enablement experiences through content updates, facilitation support, or process improvements
AI & Automation
- Support the People team in identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of People programs and processes
- Assist with creating, testing, and maintaining AI-powered resources such as prompt libraries, templates, workflows, and internal knowledge bases
- Help document best practices and guidelines for responsible and effective use of AI tools within People processes
- Partner with HRBPs and L&D to embed AI-enabled tools and resources into onboarding, enablement, and internal People documentation
- Track feedback and adoption of AI-enabled People tools and suggest improvements based on team needs
- Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities relevant to HR, learning, and enablement, and share practical insights with the People team
- Collaborate with GIS (Global Information Services) to implement and roll out automation and AI enabled workflows.
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, People Operations, People Programs, Learning & Development, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage changing priorities effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR Business Partners, people programs, onboarding, learning initiatives, or HR operations in a coordination or support capacity
- Comfortable working in a support and enablement role without direct HRBP client ownership
- Strong affinity for data, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive positioning and decision-making.

Good-to-Have
- Exposure to onboarding facilitation, training coordination, or learning content development
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, Workday), LMS tools, or content creation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, presentation tools)
- Interest in or experience using AI tools to support HR, learning, or operational workflows
- Experience in a global fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-focused organization
