About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about reimagining traditional approaches, leveraging automation and AI, and driving scalable, efficient solutions across our global workforce. You will be responsible for both compensation analysis and benefits administration, with a strong focus on innovation, vendor management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct detailed market benchmarking, pay structure design, and compensation cycle support across global locations.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage global benefits programs, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements; drive improvements and automation in benefits delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with and manage external partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
  • Automation and AI Innovation: Champion the use of AI and automation tools to streamline compensation and benefits processes; ideally, build or support the development of bots and automated agents.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously re-engineer workflows to reduce manual intervention and enhance employee experience.
  • Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics to drive insights and recommendations for compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with both the Bangalore and HQ People teams to align on initiatives, data reporting, and project execution across multiple time zones.
  • Scalability Mindset: Proactively design programs with scalability in mind, preparing for future growth with minimal administrative burden.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with backgrounds in corporate finance, accounting, or similar analytical fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven expertise in vendor negotiation and management.
  • Curious about using AI, RPA, or other automation tools to streamline HR operations; hands-on experience building automation is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with a mindset geared toward working themselves out of repetitive tasks through automation.
  • Enthusiastic about working across time zones and collaborating closely with HQ and global stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about working onsite 5 days a week in our Bangalore office.
  • Excited about a future career path that could evolve into broader People Analytics s or technical generalist roles within the business.

Work from office ask: You are required to work from the Bengaluru office 5 days in a week.
