In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining the design, development, and integration of electromechanical systems – from system design and component qualification to sensor integration and technical documentation. Our client is a German dual-use technology company spearheading automation in both governmental and civilian applications, offering a shaping role in an emerging tech sector with a dynamic, international team and plenty of opportunities for growth.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Select and qualify components and suppliers according to performance and quality standards.
  • Integrate sensors, payloads, and battery management protocols seamlessly into electrical systems.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and systems teams to drive project success.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support certification processes.
  • Diagnose and replace electrical components using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Ensure safe handling and compliance with high-voltage (100V) system standards.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electromechanical systems, with a strong ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience diagnosing and replacing electrical components, including wiring, sensors, and motors using diagnostic tools.
  • Solid understanding of high-voltage systems and safety standards necessary for handling 100V systems.
  • Skilled in soldering, assembling components, and interfacing embedded systems with mechanical platforms.
  • Familiarity with battery management systems for maintenance and fault diagnosis is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must, with the ability to articulate technical findings to a multicultural team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A shaping role in an emerging dual-use technology company.
  • The chance to work with a highly innovative, international, and dynamic team.
  • Room for professional growth and development.
  • Participation in the company’s success.
  • Hybrid working conditions to ensure a balanced lifestyle.

Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences to join our innovative team.
