Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d)
About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its hiring and recruitment operations.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on sourcing, coordinating, and optimising the recruitment process, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects across teams and functions.

In this role, you’ll:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, motivation, and role fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate records, status changes, and feedback
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across relevant channels
- Support recruitment efforts through career fairs, campus events, and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with hiring managers from teams across Growth, Procurement, Tech, and more
Your Profile
- A business student currently enrolled at a university or a recent business graduate
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in your way of working
- You bring a proactive and positive attitude to the table
- Prior experience in fast-paced or competitive environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a nice to have
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
